We are currently seeking a dedicated and observant full-time Armed Security Officer to join our team, serving a jewelry store and an ortho clinic in Concord, NC.
Position Overview:
As an Armed Security Officer, you will be assigned to a jewelry store located within a shopping mall, as well as an ortho clinic in Concord, NC. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for clients, staff, and visitors.
Officers will be stationed indoors and are expected to operate independently while maintaining a professional, uniformed presence at all times. Key responsibilities include monitoring the premises, deterring unauthorized activity, responding promptly and effectively to security incidents, and ensuring overall site safety through vigilance and sound judgment.
Pay:
- Starting at $18.00 per hour
Shifts:
Ortho Concord :
Sunday 10:00am -2:30pm & Monday 5:00pm- 9:30pm
Diamond District:
Thursday- Saturday 10:30am-7:30pm
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years or older
- Experience with a handgun is preferred
- Must be able to pass a drug screening
- Must be able to pass a background check/criminal history
- Must possess a smartphone with an active cellular data plan
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Must be able to work independently
- Must be able to walk or stand for long periods of time
