About This Position 

Piedmont Protective Services is seeking a highly organized and dependable Scheduling Coordinator to join our office team located in Charlotte, NC 28262. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining employee schedules, tracking staff availability, communicating scheduling updates, and helping ensure all client staffing needs are met. 

The Scheduling Coordinator will work closely with employees, supervisors, and office personnel to support day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 

Work Schedule 

This position is classified as Full-Time and is assigned to the 1st shift. 

Typical Schedule 

  • Shift: Monday – Friday | 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM 
  • Hours: 40 hours per week 

As a contract security provider, work schedules are based on our clients’ operational needs. While we strive to provide consistency whenever possible, some flexibility may be required. Additional hours, overtime opportunities, and schedule adjustments may become available based on client requirements and operational needs. 

Compensation 

Starting Pay: $20.00 per hour. 

Compensation is based on the assigned position, experience, qualifications, certifications, and the specific responsibilities of the assignment.

Minimum Qualifications 

Applicants must meet the following minimum qualifications: 

  • Be at least 21 years of age. 
  • Possess a valid driver’s license. 
  • Have reliable transportation. 
  • Be legally authorized to work in the United States. 
  • Successfully complete all required background screenings and drug testing, when applicable. 
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills. 

Additional qualifications may apply depending on the client’s assignment.
