Job description: Piedmont Protective Services is dedicated to providing top-notch security solutions and ensuring a safe environment for our clients. We currently seeking a reliable and professional full-time unarmed floater security officer to join our team in Charlotte, NC.
Role Overview:
As an Unarmed Security Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of various locations throughout the North and South Carolina area. Working independently and in uniform, you will maintain a strong, professional presence while serving as a key deterrent to unauthorized access and unwanted activity.
Position will require flexibility with daily assignments. Shift times will be steady, but daily assignments are subject to changed based on coverage needed.
Pay starting at: $17.50per hour
Schedule A: Must have a clean driving record
Sunday – Monday (6:00pm-6:00am), Tuesday (6:00pm-4:00am), Wednesday (6:00pm-12:00am)
Schedule B: Must have a clean driving record
Wednesday (12:00am-6:00am), Thursday (6:00pm-4:00am), Friday-Saturday (6:00pm-6:00am)
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be able to pass a drug screening
- Must be able to pass a background check/criminal history
- Must possess a smartphone with an active cellular data plan
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Must be able to work independently
- Must be able to walk or stand for long periods of time
