At Piedmont Protective Services, we are committed to delivering top-tier security solutions with integrity, professionalism, and reliability. We are looking for a part-time security officer for community college in Asheboro, NC.
As an unarmed security officer, you will be crucial in maintaining the safety and security of the school property. You will operate independently and be in uniform. You will be instrumental in deterring unauthorized access, responding effectively to security incidents, and upholding a visible and professional presence.
Pay Range:
- Starting $16.00 per hour
Shifts:
Friday, 2pm-7:30pm
Saturday and Sunday, 6:30am-7:30pm
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Must be 18 Years of age for Unarmed Security Officer
- Must successfully pass a background/criminal history check
- Must own a smartphone with active service plan
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Must submit a certified copy of driving history for use of a company vehicle
- Must possess strong customer service skills and the ability to handle stressful situations
- Ability to work alone and independently
- Ability to react to emergency scenarios according to training
- Ability to walk or stand for long period of times
