Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Full-Time Armed Security Officer to join our team at a medical facility in Charlotte, North Carolina.
In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the safety of medical staff, patients, and visitors. This position requires a strong sense of responsibility, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to professionalism.
Pay:
- Starting at $20 per hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 4:45am -1:30pm
Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of premises.
- Respond to incidents and manage conflicts effectively while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Collaborate with law enforcement when required and maintain accurate incident reports.
- Deliver excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns with leadership and professionalism.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years or older
- Experience with a handgun is preferred
- Must be able to pass a drug screening
- Must be able to pass a background check/criminal history
- Must possess a smartphone with an active cellular data plan
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Must be able to work independently
- Must be able to walk or stand for long periods of time
